2008-Jul-1 - Our Place - Jacko comes to visit us
One day when Linda was outside, this Pink and Grey Galah just flew down and walked up to her. She bent down to talk to him and he proceeded to hop onto her hand, then walked up her arm, perched on her shoulder and began to nuzzle into her neck. He doesn't talk, and he is definitely happy in the wild, flying with a small flock of wild galahs. He just loves to perch on Linda's head. We have named him Jacko. He visits each afternoon now and while perched on Linda's shoulder, makes little clicking noises with his beak. He also appears to be courting her head
